CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT 2026
To consider as confidential all information of any nature whatsoever, such as, and in particular:
data, technical files, communication media, drawings, photographs, specifications, know-how, concepts, methods, processes, technology, samples, formulation, ingredients generally concerning the products;
know-how, technical, scientific, financial and commercial information, information on the programs, documents, systems, software, methods, knowledge;
information on the results of the ranking of the 2026 edition which may come to my knowledge during the ECOTROPHELIA Europe 2026 competition (hereinafter together referred to as the "Confidential Information").
To this end, I will:
- Not disclose any such confidential information to third parties for payment or free of charge, in any form whatsoever without prior written consent from the students, creators of the product;
- Not use any such confidential information for the purpose of direct or indirect exploitation;
- Not file a patent application or any other industrial property rights including any such confidential information.
The exchange of any such confidential information is protected by this confidentiality agreement and enters into effect on August 30th for a period of 6 (six) months.
All confidential information exchanged during the above mentioned period will be confidential during the term of this agreement and the 10 (ten) years after the termination or expiration of this agreement for any reason whatsoever.
This confidentiality agreement is subject to French law.
